Crowd communication at World Club Dome in Frankfurt

Every June, Frankfurt’s Deutsche Bank Park turns into the world’s biggest club. For World Club Dome 2026, up to ~180,000 visitors came to organiser Big City Beats’ festival across three days. Guiding that many people safely and smoothly across a sprawling stadium site calls for clear, real-time communication. That is why the organisation brought in crowd communication from CrowdCows.
We positioned HIKER LED screens at strategic points around the site and drove them with our Crowd Communication Controllersystem. From the central control position, our operator kept visitors continuously informed about walking routes and crowd density. In an emergency, the standard messaging switches straight to safety announcements.
The system was built up in the days before the festival and dismantled and transported afterwards — a cross-border operation our Dutch team delivered together with our German branch, CrowdCows GmbH.

Notting Hill Carnival is one of the largest street festivals in the world — and the biggest in Europe. On 24 and 25 August 2025, close to two million people filled the streets of West London to celebrate Caribbean culture.

The British Grand Prix is one of the largest sporting events in the UK. In 2025, Silverstone welcomed 500,000 people through its gates across the race weekend of 4-6 July — a figure the circuit published itself. The hardest moment of an event that size is not the arrival. It is the exit: a few hundred thousand people deciding to leave at roughly the same time, most of them heading for a shuttle bus.
In late June 2024, the AfD held its federal party conference at the Grugahalle in Essen. Tens of thousands of people travelled to the city that weekend to demonstrate, spread across dozens of registered protests — one of the largest public-safety operations in the city’s history. Keeping that many people informed and moving safely calls for clear, real-time crowd communication. That is why client Stadt Essen brought in CrowdCows.
