Crowd communication at World Club Dome in Frankfurt

Every June, Frankfurt’s Deutsche Bank Park turns into the world’s biggest club. For World Club Dome 2026, up to ~180,000 visitors came to organiser Big City Beats’ festival across three days. Guiding that many people safely and smoothly across a sprawling stadium site calls for clear, real-time communication. That is why the organisation brought in crowd communication from CrowdCows.
We positioned HIKER LED screens at strategic points around the site and drove them with our Crowd Communication Controllersystem. From the central control position, our operator kept visitors continuously informed about walking routes and crowd density. In an emergency, the standard messaging switches straight to safety announcements.
The system was built up in the days before the festival and dismantled and transported afterwards — a cross-border operation our Dutch team delivered together with our German branch, CrowdCows GmbH.
