Crowd Communication at Carnival in NL & DE
Crowd Communication during Carnival
During Carnival 2025 in both ‘s-Hertogenbosch and Cologne, we focused on effectively managing visitor flows and ensuring safety through our Integrated Crowd Communication System and expertise in behavioral influence.
For direct communication with the public, we deployed our Integrated Crowd Communication System, consisting of mobile LED screens on a concrete base, known as HIKERS. These screens were controlled via a closed network from the safety center and provided real-time information to visitors. This allowed us to respond quickly to on-site situations and keep visitors informed with up-to-date and relevant information.
For the Municipality of ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the City of Cologne, and the Dutch Railways, we managed the entire process—from content production to delivering a fully integrated communication system. This enabled our clients to focus on other matters, knowing that all scenarios were prepared and pre-programmed.
