Reliability in Crowd Communication: Crucial for Urban Events

🌟 Reliability in Crowd Communication: Crucial for Urban Events 🌟
Swift and dependable communication with your audience is the backbone of every successful event. Visitors expect not only up-to-date information about the program, but also guidance in wayfinding and transparent communication in case of an incident.
In cities where massive events like King’s Day (NL) take place, anticipating unpredictable visitor numbers is a challenge. That’s why the municipalities of Arnhem, Utrecht and Groningen have opted for the advanced Integrated Crowd Communication System by CrowdCows.
From our control room in Wehl (NL), we coordinated 22 HIKERS in Arnhem, 10 HIKERS in Utrecht and 8 HIKERS in Groningen during King’s Day. At the onsite command post, our advisors worked closely with the safety authorities, providing valuable advice on behavior influence and effective communication strategies towards the public.
At CrowdCows, we adhere to three golden rules for crowd communication:
1️⃣ We activate the unconscious brain, system 1, to promote quick and instinctive responses. 🧠
2️⃣ The Principle of Freedom, where we offer visitors freedom of choice. ↔️
3️⃣ We communicate at the appropriate ego level, ensuring the message resonates optimally with the receiver. 🫶🏼
With our integrated system and these golden rules, we guarantee a smooth and secure experience for both visitors and organizers.
